fhWinter2011sm02Dear Reader,

We are now beginning to scientifically explore both virtual and real models of physics which together present us with a possible prescription for overcoming our sense of separation from the unknown. This is also providing us with the ability to bridge the gap between quantum mind and quantum science.  Scientists are starting to recognize that the true essence of reality is the expansion of personal, local consciousness to non-local Universal Consciousness connected with the living Universe. The essential feature of this model is an ontological consciousness Oneness that comes from opening to the vast quantum field through the inner mind.

Einstein said, “The most beautiful and most profound emotion we can experience is the sensation of the mystical. It is the sower of all true science.” When we take a look at the physical models of consciousness-interconnectedness proposed by leading philosophers of science in the late 20th and early 21st Century, we cannot help but feel a link with both Eastern and Western movements of thought that historically focused on real practices of consciousness expansion—for example, what we read about in the early Vedic and Christian Greek-Coptic literature. In this early literature, we are given detailed descriptions that involve moving beyond our present state of consciousness to deeper levels of universal understanding. But can we really understand the universe while standing upon planet Earth? Scientists are already seeking to send information from Earth to the International Space Station not by standard communication techniques but by quantum teleportation. If information can be sent in this way, it can be similarly received from even greater realms.

In the system of both science and the tantras, and in the Vedic literature (Rg-Veda), all creation can be seen as the manifestation of a Supreme Consciousness which is unbounded. The Supreme One’s Consciousness “spreads” itself out into manifestation, without this Becoming ever exhausting its being.

At this high level of self-realization the unique human consciousness blossoms as we experience “Universal Consciousness” through the quantum field and hence dispels the duality of consciousness and matter. Let us sow our “thought-forms” very carefully in the coming global shift, wherein all paradigms of traditional knowledge will shift, requiring a consciousness of human-divine service dynamically “unbounded,” with new aspects of Life connected with those advanced forms of intelligence that abound within our Father’s House of Many Mansions.
