Winter 2009 Dear Reader,

As the energy needs of the world become more and more serious there must be a process delineated to move from the old fossil fuel economy to new renewable energy technology. Mechanisms for both the discovery and development of new energy sources by leading scientists throughout the world are needed to provide new directions of recovery. Without the necessary technical breakthroughs in energy alternatives to curtail greenhouse gases, the world’s excessive lifestyles will slow down and fulfill the dire predictions of the 2007 UN Climate reports!

A new direction concerns the use of levitation technology and ‘zero point energy’ as mentioned in The Keys of Enoch®. This issue’s article entitled “Possible Methods of Propulsion for Extraterrestrial and Ultraterrestrial Vehicles” will give clues to those thinkers who have the expertise and proven track records to excel in this new era of interplanetary change and challenge. The reality of advanced extraterrestial civilizations interacting with our planetary society requires that we prepare ourselves for understanding exotic forms of energy technologies that may not be limited to third or fourth dimensional space and time.

This most difficult period that we face now requires a deep appreciation of the scientists and engineers who are the true pioneers in opening the heavens and who have been working for decades towards “over unity” devices. As this technology develops we will begin to sail the challenging seas of space. In these realms, I believe that we will not only take a technological quantum leap, but that we will be in touch with our “cosmic counterparts.”

Energy projects are already attracting major investments around the world as the green audience of the world thinkers and inventors move forward to help save planet Earth. For now, in all of the Americas, Brazil is the only country completely free of input from foreign energy imports. Other countries of the world should follow Brazil in subsidizing and encouraging investment in new science and technology.

Following a new course of global preparation for change, a new energy economy will have to be built in today’s world. Along with this should come the reappraisal in understanding human creativity which shows us in every crucial period over millennia that there can be a small group of thinkers and inventors capable of rescuing the world’s energy for their society or civilization.

In the spirit of Thales, Mach and Gauss, let us go forward with the Spirit that comes from the House of Many Mansions.
